DEPOSIT
A non-refundable deposit of $40 is required to secure your appointment. Deposit is deducteded from service total. Each appointment requires a deposit PLEASE NOTE: a $2.50 card fee is charged . Card fee is not deducted from service total WALK-INS Are accepted if schedule permits. please call for availability

CANCELLATION
You may cancel at Least 48 hours prior to your appointment via appointment confirmation email
PAYMENT
service balance is to be paid in cash (preferably). card & zeLLe payments are accepted. PLEASE NOTE: 4% transaction fee is applied when paying with card.
Complaints
If a customer is unhappy with services they previously received have up to 3 days to speak up.
LATE ARRIVAL
A 15 min grace period is given for every appointment. Please contact us if you are running Late. A $25 Late fee will be appLied to service after 15 min grace period. 30+ minutes Late $50 Late fee will be appLied to appointment After 30 minutes Late with no contact appointment wiLL be cancelled.
